Shipping and Collection

New Zealand Standard Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery location. Homewares and small furniture items under .12m2 will be sent by courier. Furniture items will be delivered by Mainfreight2Home or similar service.

Estimated delivery times for homewares.
North Island: 2–5 business days
South Island: 4–10 business days

Estimated delivery times for furniture.
North Island: 3–7 business days
South Island: 6–14 business days

Please note that Waiheke Island is included in the Auckland shipping rates. Please contact us at hello@havenhomestore.co.nz for a custom freight quotation for all other offshore islands.

Orders are delivered boxed and unassembled as standard. Please note, some items will require basic assembly.

Auckland Customer Collect

Free pick-up is available suppliers warehouses in Auckland, just choose this option at the checkout. As we use several different suppliers the collection location is dependent on your order. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with collection details.
